In 2002, Thomas appeared as Jimmy James in the hit comedy "Barbershop," starring Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer. He returned for "Barbershop 2: Back in Business" in 2004 and, more than a decade later, reprised the role in 2016's "Barbershop: The Next Cut."
