Built in 1991, this 7,020-square-foot residence served as a second home to Cherkaoui and his family. Boasting a recent remodel, the five-bedroom estate offers a plethora of amenities befitting of a royal family. From private gardens to an in-ground pool, in-home theater, and its own gym. It's clear that this Moroccan prince's home away from home hasn't sacrificed ultimate convenience for exquisite palatial design.

Tucked behind private fencing and manicured hedges, this Beverly Hills buy has a distinct look with its Palladian windows peering into its two-story limestone foyer. Past the entryway's winding staircase, the open floor layout gives way to the living room, formal dining room, and the recently updated kitchen. Every room provides its own quaint view into the beautiful shrubbery and greens covering the estate's backyard, with this space boasting a pair of French doors that open into the gardens beyond.

The home's master bedroom doesn't shy away from royal expenditures, either. The luxurious suite comes with a glass-enclosed shower and spacious soaking tub, perhaps the most enviable of the home's seven bathrooms. The second story suite neighbors the home's other four bedrooms, each with its own spacious layout and private bathroom.

If the private theater, library/study, and gym aren't enough to keep one busy, why not pass through those beautiful French doors and take a dip in the backyard swimming pool? After a dip, the estate grounds are the perfect place for a leisure gathering — and while the newly renovated kitchen inside has brand new Italian cabinetry and Wolf, Bosch, and Sub-Zero appliances, the outdoor patio grill might in fact be a perfect way to enjoy dinner outdoors.
